Sri Lotus Developers’ Rs 792-crore initial public offering (IPO), which opened for subscription on Wednesday, July 30, witnessed robust investor participation across categories on Day 1.
As per BSE data at 5 pm, the IPO was subscribed 3.60 times overall. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment led the demand, subscribing 5.31 times their reserved portion. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) followed with 2.84 times subscription, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category was subscribed 3.10 times. The employee reserved category also received healthy interest, subscribed 3.01 times.
The IPO, which is entirely a fresh issue of 5.28 crore equity shares, is being offered at a price band of Rs 140–Rs 150 per share. Investors can bid in lots of 100 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,000 for retail applicants. Employees are eligible for a Rs 14 per share discount on the issue price. The public issue will close on August 1, 2025.
Allotment is expected to be finalised by August 4, with tentative listing on both BSE and NSE scheduled for August 6.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while Kfin Technologies Limited is acting as the registrar.
