For the Shubh Aashirwaad ceremony that was held in 2024, Radhika Merchant wore a beautiful rani-pink lehenga. It wasn’t just another lehenga, it was an amazing piece of art crafted with a lot of thought and love. The lehenga was designed by the duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The lehenga was also handprinted by the artist, Jayasri Burman and everything printed on it wasn’t just painting or decoration, it had a beautiful meaning with reflected Radhika and Anant’s bond.

Adding more elegance to the beauty of the lehenga, it had real gold zardozi embroidery, which gave it a touch of luxury. The blouse of the mesmerising outfit was fully embroidered in resham work. The overall outfit was very elegant, graceful, personal and deeply rooted in Indian culture. She paired the entire look with an emerald necklace, matching earrings and a maang tika. For her hair, she went with a low bun, which was adorned with kamal (lotus) flowers.

One of the most heart-touching aspects of this beautiful lehenga was how it showed Anant Ambani’s love for animals. Not just that, the fact that Radhika thought of this, also shows her love and bond with Anant. The lehenga featured hand-painted elephants, swans and other animals only because of Anant’s bond with animals.

Radhika’s stylist had revealed that the animals were not chosen randomly, but each animal had its own importance, like in the Indian culture, elephants are considered to be symbols of wisdom, good fortune and strength. According to her, the hand painted designs on the lehenga was a way to celebrate the union of Anant and Radhika.

On July 12, 2025, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant celebrated one year of their grand wedding. While not much details about the celebration are out, a lot of celebrities took to their social media accounts to wish and congratulate the couple. A reel was posted by social media influencer, Orry, who shared a video of many celebrities including Anant and Radhika partying and enjoying themselves. The celebration seems to be intimate yet stylish, attended most probably just by close friends and family.
