PCMC offers 57 civic services online under CM’s 150-day action plan | Pune News

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Friday informed that citizens will now be able to avail 57 civic services online.

“As per the Maharashtra Government’s decisions dated January 19, 2021, and December 15, 2022, the PCMC had earlier notified 57 citizen services under the Right to Services Act.

“These services have been provided through 94 privately operated Citizen Facilitation Centres (CFCs) under PCMC. Now, as part of the Honourable Chief Minister’s ambitious 150-day Action Plan, these services are also directly accessible to citizens via a fully online process,” the civic administration said.

Citizens will be able to avail of these services by registering once on PCMC’s official portal.

“After the successful completion of the Honourable Chief Minister’s 100-day, 7-point agenda, the new 150-day Action Plan focuses on leveraging technology to implement government schemes more effectively. The aim is to deliver better services, ensure transparency in administration, and take decisive steps toward the state’s holistic development. Under this plan, PCMC has made all 57 notified services under the Right to Services Act 100 per cent online, reducing the need for citizens to physically visit municipal offices,” said PCMC Commissioner Shekhar Sing.
