‘No CV, No College’: This AI startup founder’s social media post goes viral, offering Rs 1 crore job


Sudarshan Kamath, founder of the AI startup Smallest AI, posted a job on social media offering Rs 1 crore annual compensation has gone viral. The post on X (formerly Twitter) is gaining more attention because the CEO said there is no requirement for a CV or a college degree.

The package includes Rs 60 lakh in fixed annual pay and an additional Rs 40 lakh in company ownership benefits.

Kamath emphasised that the position would be purely office-based, five days a week, with “some flexibility,” and that it required immediate joining.

To apply for this job, applicants need to send a small 100-word text introducing themselves and links to their best work to info@smallest.ai with the title ‘Cracked Full Stack Lead’.

Founded in 2023 by IIT-Guwahati alumni Kamath, Smallest AI specialises in multi-modal AI models in speech and text. It automates customer interactions over the phone and generates high-quality AI voices in real time. The platform features two core products: ATOMS and WAVES.
