The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the verification slips for UGCET 2025 (KCET 2025) on its official website. With this, the Authority confirms the preliminary verification of candidate documents submitted during the application process. Students can download their verification slips by logging in with their registration details on the KEA portal, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Additionally, KEA will provide a correction window for candidates to rectify any errors in their submitted information, with dates to be announced soon. Only candidates who receive a verification slip will be eligible for further steps, including counselling.
The verification slip serves as confirmation that a candidate’s documents, including educational qualifications, category claims, and eligibility proofs such as marksheets, caste certificates, income certificates, and rural or Kannada medium proofs, have been reviewed and accepted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). This verification slip is a crucial requirement, as only candidates who receive it will be allowed to participate in the KCET 2025 counselling process.
The Authority recently released the KCET 2025 spot rank list for candidates who missed submitting their Karnataka 2nd PUC marks on time. With verification slips now available, candidates can expect the KCET counselling schedule 2025 to be announced soon, pending completion of corrections.
To stay updated on the correction window, counselling dates, and admission procedures, candidates should regularly check the official KEA website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The counselling process involves document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting to allotted institutes, with admissions based on merit and candidate preferences.
According to various media reports, document verification is scheduled from June 27 to July 15, 2025, and option entry is expected to begin in July 2025. Mock allotments and seat allotments will likely start in August 2025. Candidates are advised to keep track of these dates to ensure smooth participation in the counselling process.
KCET 2025 was held from April 15 to April 17. On the first day, the KEA conducted the KCET Kannada language test from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The KCET physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology papers were conducted on April 16 and 17 in two shifts.
