Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei appeared in public for the first time in weeks on Saturday, attending a religious event, according to video shared by Iranian state media.

The footage, reported by Reuters, marks Khamenei’s first public appearance since 13 June, when a 12-day air conflict with Israel began. That exchange resulted in the deaths of senior Iranian commanders and nuclear scientists.

The state media video showed Khamenei at the event, though no further details were immediately provided.
