Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz has embraced motherhood yet again. After sparking pregnancy buzz a few days ago, the Rustom actress has now confirmed the speculation as she welcomed her second child and announced it on her social media. Congratulatory messages and good wishes have been pouring in from fans and colleagues in the industry.
Ileana D’Cruz introduces her second child to the world
A few hours ago, on June 28, 2025, Ileana D’Cruz shared the heartwarming news that she and her husband, Michael Dolan, have become parents for the second time. Taking to her Instagram, the Barfi actress introduced her second son to the world, whom they have named Keanu Rafe Dolan. Sharing a monochrome photo of the newborn, the message read, “Introducing Keanu Rafe Dolan. Born on June 19, 2025.” Ileana added a caption to the post that simply read:
“Our hearts are so full.”
Within moments of the post, Ileana’s comment section got flooded with congratulatory messages and red heart emojis. Some also expressed their surprise at having no idea that the actress was pregnant again. Ileana’s Barfi co-star, Priyanka Chopra, was among the first to celebrate the news and commented, “Congratulations, beautiful”, followed by red heart emojis.

Ileana D’Cruz’s post comes only weeks after sparking pregnancy buzz, when she hinted at a second pregnancy by posing a mirror selfie with her baby bump. In October 2024, Ileana confirmed she was expecting her second child, only months after celebrating the first birthday of her son, Koa Phoenix Dolan.
While she kept most details of her pregnancy under wraps, Ileana offered a subtle hint about her second child during an Instagram Ask Me Anything (AMA) session in May 2025. In response to a question about motherhood, she mentioned her ‘children,’ which caught fans’ attention and fueled speculation that she was indeed pregnant again. She wrote:
“People, and especially kids, should be taught that being cruel, wicked, unkind or selfish are not lovable traits… Love has to be earned, just like respect and happiness… I want to raise happy, healthy, kind children (I am sure all parents do), and I will do my best to ensure that I know how loved they are.”

While Ileana never officially confirmed her second pregnancy, speculation resurfaced recently following her Father’s Day post. Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared a heartwarming photo of her husband, Michael Dolan, cradling a newborn baby.
Although it wasn’t clear whether the baby in the photo was their first child, Koa Phoenix Dolan, or a second child, the time-stamp on the image, reading ‘Today, 3:30 p.m.’, sparked fresh buzz. Many fans began to wonder if Ileana had quietly welcomed her second baby. Alongside the photo, she penned a touching tribute to Michael, writing:
“Happy Father’s Day to the best guy ever. Nothing can explain how it feels to see the man you love turn into the most amazing parent your child deserves.”
