Highway Infrastructure scrip debuts at nearly 70% premium; opens at Rs 117 on BSE, Rs 115 on NSE


Highway Infrastructure Listing: The Rs 130-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Highway Infrastructure, which concluded with a subscription of over 300 times the shares on offer, is set to list on the NSE and BSE on Tuesday, August 12.

The HIL stock listed at Rs 115 on NSE, or a 64.29 per cent premium, on Tuesday, August 12, compared to its issue price of Rs 70. On the BSE, the stock opened slightly higher at Rs 117, a 67.14 per cen premium over the issue price.

Pre-open indicative price

As of the pre-open session, shares of Highway Infrastructure Ltd (HILINFRA) on the BSE were indicating a listing price of Rs 110, 57.14 per cent from the IPO issue price.

On the NSE, the value was Rs 111, marking a gain of 58.57 per cent over the issue price.

The IPO, open for subscription from August 5 to August 7, was priced in the range of Rs 65–70 per share. The public issue comprised a fresh issue worth Rs 97.52 crore and an offer-for-sale of 46.40 lakh shares.

Highway Infrastructure subscription details

The offering drew strong investor interest, with overall subscription reaching 316.64 times. Among categories, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) led with bids 473.10 times their allotted 55,71,429 shares. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) segment was also heavily oversubscribed at 473.10 times, while the retail investor portion was subscribed 164.48 times.
