Delhi Confidential: Short-term Relation | Delhi Confidential News

With Shivraj Singh Chouhan completing one year at Krishi Bhawan, a noticeable trend has emerged within the Ministry of Agriculture’s public relations wing. Over the past year, there have been frequent changes in the Press Information Bureau (PIB) officers handling the ministry’s communication. At least three officers have already been replaced, and sources indicate that a new officer was given charge just this Wednesday. This is in contrast to earlier times when a single PIB officer would remain associated with the ministry for years, providing continuity and stability in media handling and official communication.

Lunch Time

During a press briefing at the Congress office in New Delhi, media and publicity chairman Pawan Khera told reporters that after taking questions, general secretary (organisation) K C Venugopal would present a statement and that would be followed by lunch. Interjecting, party chief Mallikarjun Kharge asked Khera if the lunch was for him too. Khera replied: “Yes sir, you are the chief guest.” Kharge told an amused audience that he was checking because nobody was at his residence.
