HUL Shares Today: Hindustan Unilever Ltd shares were trading at Rs 2,629.90 as of 11:17 am on August 22, down 0.68 per cent for the day. Over the past six months, the stock has gained 17.33 per cent (Rs 388.45), while it is up 6.06 per cent (Rs 150.20) in the last one month. However, on a one-year basis, the stock is down 5.83 per cent (Rs 162.90).
FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) on Thursday announced key changes to its top management, naming Niranjan Gupta as its next CFO after Ritesh Tiwari. The company appointed Gupta as CFO-designate and member of its management committee, effective September 1. He will take over from Tiwari as Executive Director-Finance and CFO and join the company’s board from November 1.
Gupta will report to HUL CEO and MD Priya Nair.

Tiwari has been appointed the global head of M&A and treasury at HUL’s parent company, Unilever Plc, starting November 1, and will be based in London.
