Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday made a big announcement in the Lok Sabha during the Operation Sindoor debate. He said that all three Pakistani terrorists who killed 26 people in the Pahalgam attack in April were eliminated in Operation Mahadev on July 28.
He named Suleiman as the mastermind and identified the other two as Afghan and Jibran. Shah said all three were top terrorists from the Pakistan-based proscribed group Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Shah said their identities were confirmed by individuals already arrested by the NIA for sheltering the terrorists. “They were shown the bodies, and they said ‘these are the men involved in the Pahalgam attack’,” Shah said.
