At a public function in Suigam village of Banaskantha district on Thursday, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel wished Banaskantha Collector Mihir Patel as it happened to be the latter’s birthday.

The CM asked the audience to shower their blessings on the Collector, while adding that the latter is expected to work for making Gujarat a developed state. The CM also said that since the Collector, being young, stands a lot of chance of progress in the future.

However, the CM put a rider, saying that although many have lots of enthusiasm for work, sometimes it is hard to know “whose line changes when”.
